摘　　要：我院消毒供应中心在面临护士及消毒员编制减少但工作任务不断加剧的矛盾下,采取了相应措施以保证消毒供应中心整体队伍素质及技术力量的稳定,为临床提供优质服务。The human resources of nurses declined in Central Supply Service Department in recent years, while working mission increased gradually. We took effective measures to maintain professional and technological quality of the nurse team and to provide high quality service for the clinic.
