摘　　要：运用PLC与变频器技术设计皮带输送与分拣系统,采用西门子CPU226CN PLC和EM222扩展模块作为控制器,利用变频器控制三相异步电动机,驱动传送带转动完成物料的输送;通过传感器检测和气缸动作把物料送入不同的分拣槽,实现物料自动分拣任务。应用表明,所设计的分拣系统实现了精确的位移控制,具有分拣速度快、分拣误差率低及省电、节能的优点。A belt conveyor and sorting system is designed by virtue of PLC and converter technology ,which uses Siemens CPU226CN PLC and EM222 extension module and makes converter control the three-phase asynchronous motor in order to drive the conveyor belt to complete the delivery of materials ;With the help of the sensor detection ,the cylinder conveys the material into different sorting slot for realization of automatic sorting task .Application shows that the sorting system can realize precise displacement control ,which has the advantages of fast sorting speed ,low sorting error rate and energy-saving .
