酒泉市医务人员激素补充治疗的认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查酒泉市医务人员对围绝经期综合征的激素补充治疗(hormone replacement therapy,HRT)的认知和使用情况,为有针对性的开展中老年生殖健康服务提供依据。方法对酒泉市医院260名40~60岁医务人员通过调查表进行横断面调查。调查内容包括对HRT的认知、使用和需求等。结果接受调查的医务人员平均绝经年龄为(46.8±4.1)岁,16.92%的医务人员自认为了解HRT,64.62%的医务人员希望了解HRT;14.62%的医务人员推荐使用HRT,不推荐使用的原因中认为绝经是自然过程没必要治疗的占43.24%。曾使用过HRT的占11.54%,但使用HRT 9个月以上的仅占0.96%,担心不良反应是停止HRT的主要原因,占58.33%。结论酒泉市部分医务人员对HRT的知晓率、使用率、推荐率低,因此应加强对医务人员HRT知识的宣传教育。Objective To survey the knowledge and perception of hormone replacement therapy （HRT） among medical personnel of Jiuquan city, also to provide the evidence for further reproductive health care in middle - aged and elderly services. Methods 260 women aged from 40 to 60 among Jiuquan medical personnel were included in this cross - sectional study. Through the questionnaire of survey, the data about awareness, current usage and demand concerning HRT was collected. Results The mean age of menopause was （46. 8 ± 4. 1 ） years old in this population. 16. 92% of interviewees thought they had known about HRT. 64. 62% of them desired to know more information related to HRT. 14. 62% of them would like to recommend this regimen to patients suffering perimenopausal syndrome. 43.24% of them were against to HRT, who thought that menopause as aging process and it was unnecessary to interfere with hormone. 11.54% of them had used HRT, but only 0. 96% among them took HRT more than 9 months. The major cause （58.33%） of stopping HRT was worrying about side effects. As effective regimen for perimenopausal symptom are poor, largely due to lack of knowledge about HRT, worrying about side - effects, fear for tumor, viewing menopause as aging process and ignore the therapy. Conclusion In this survey, the prevalence of awareness of HRT, utilization of HRT, recommendation on HRT are low, therefore, propaganda andeducational knowledge on HRT in medical stuff should be strengthen.
