摘  要:评价双源CT低剂量Flash螺旋模式全身大血管成像的图像质量和辐射剂量,探讨其应用价值。收集我院行双源CT低剂量Flash螺旋扫描全身大血管患者69例(全身大血管CTA组),行相同扫描范围的平扫患者69例(对照A组),行回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描冠状动脉患者69例(对照B组)。比较全身大血管CTA组与对照B组的图像噪声及全身大血管CTA组与对照A组、B组的辐射剂量。结果发现,全身大血管CTA组颈总动脉、颈内动脉、肾动脉、腹主动脉的图像质量均可满足诊断要求,图像噪声与对照B组比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.42,P>0.05)。全身大血管CTA组有效剂量低于对照A组、B组(Z=-10.14;Z=-8.76,P均<0.001)。全身大血管CTA组平均扫描长度短于对照A组(Z=-8.86,P<0.001)。故本研究认为,双源CT低剂量Flash螺旋模式安全、无创、快捷,图像质量高,大范围CTA成像的辐射剂量低,是一种适合全身大血管检查的影像技术。To evaluate the image quality and radiation dose of systemic CT angiography (CTA ) with low-dose Flash mode using dual-source CT (DSCT ) and to explore its application value .Respectively ,69 patients underwent systemic CTA with low-dose flash mode (DSCA group) ,other 69 patients underwent un-enhanced scanning of the same range (control group A) and another 69 patients underwent coronary CTA with retrospective electrocardiographic triggered mode (control group B) were selected respectively .The image noise of systemic CTA group and control group B was measured and compared .The radiation doses of systemic CTA group ,control group A and B were calculated and compared .The image quality of common carotid artery ,internal carotid artery ,renal artery and abdominal aorta in systemic CTA group met the diagnostic requirements .The difference of image noise between systemic CTA group and control group B was not significant (Z=- 0 .42 ,P&gt; 0 .05) .The average effective dose of the systemic CTA group was lower than those of control group A and B (Z= - 10 .14 ;Z= - 8 .76 ,both P&lt; 0 .001) .The average scanning length of systemic CTA group was shorter than that of control group A (Z= - 8 .86 , P&lt; 0 .001) .Low-dose flash mode of DSCT is a safe ,time efficient ,non-invasive method , which can provide clear images with lower radiation dose for large scanning range , so it is a suitable technology for systemic vessels .
