摘 要:目的:了解有关中药乌骨藤的化学成分及质量控制的研究进展情况。方法:通过查阅近年来大量文献资料,对中药乌骨藤的化学成分和质量控制的相关方面进行分析和总结。结果:中药乌骨藤的主要化学成分为甾体皂苷、多糖、萜类化合物等;质量控制主要运用现代科学技术手段进行乌骨藤药材有效成分的定量分析以及建立其指纹图谱为主。结论:主要化学成分为C21甾体苷,也是其主要活性成分,对其质量控制多用比色法、高效液相色谱法和指纹图谱,这对中药现代化形势下进一步研究开发乌骨藤药材具有重要的意义。Objective:To review the advancements on chemical components and quality control of Caulis marsdeniae Tenacissimae. Methods :The author analyzed and summarized the chemical components and quality control of Caulis mars- deniae Tenacissimae by searching an extensive literature in recent years. Results : The main chemical ingredients are ster- 0idal saponins, polysaceharide terpenes and so on. The quality control is mainly based on advanced scientific technology which conducts the quantitative analysis of active ingredients and the fingerprint. Conclusion: The main chemical ingredient is the C21 steroid glycoside. It is also the main active ingredient. The quality control often adopts the colorimetry and the high performance liquid chromatography and the fingerprint which are important to further develop it under the situation of traditional Chinese medicine modernization.
