桃红四物汤调节动脉硬化闭塞症模型大鼠血液流动性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桃红四物汤调节血液流动性、治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的作用。方法:采用高脂饮食饲喂及动脉内膜损伤的方法制作大鼠ASO模型,随机分为模型组,正常组,桃红四物汤低、中、高浓度组,造模后8周观察血脂、血液流变学的变化。结果:成功建立了大鼠ASO模型,与正常对照组相比,模型组的血脂水平、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、刚性指数均明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,中、高浓度桃红四物汤组的血脂水平、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、刚性指数均有明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤对ASO具有良好的治疗作用,其主要机理为改善血液的流动性。Objective ： To discuss the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on regulating blood flow and treating arteriosclero- sis obliterans. Methods ：ASO models constructed with the method of high - fat diet plus intimal injury were randomly divided into model group, normal group, Taohong Siwu Decoction low, medium, and high concentration groups. At 8 weeks after oper- ation, the changes of blood lipid and hemorheology were observed. Results ： Rat models of ASO were established successfully. Compared with the normal control group,the levels of blood lipids, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and rigidity index were significantly elevated in model group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the model group, the levels of blood lipids, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, rigidity index were signifi- cantly decreased in medium, and high concentration groups of Taohong Siwu Decoction （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclu- sions：Taohong Siwu Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on ASO, and the main mechanism is increasing blood flow.
