摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC-DAD法同时分析测定五加皮保健酒综合提取液中6个成分（阿魏酸、肉桂酸、桂皮醛、甘草酸、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯）的方法。方法：采用Eclipse XD8-C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈（A）-0．05％磷酸水溶液（B）为流动相，梯度洗脱（0—8min，12％A；8～10min，12％-19％A；10～37min，19％-50％A；37～57min，50％-70％A；57～60min，70％-12％A），流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为225nm（去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯）、237nm（甘草酸）、278nm（肉桂酸、桂皮醛）、316nm（阿魏酸）。结果：阿魏酸、肉桂酸、桂皮醛、甘草酸、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯均能达到良好分离，在线性范围内线性关系良好（r2≥0．0097），精密度RSD≤0．71％，24h内稳定性试验RSD≤1．8％，各成分平均加样回收率在98．2％～102．8％，RSD值在1．0％～1．7％。结论：该方法操作简单，重复性好，为五加皮保健酒的质量控制提供可靠的方法。Objective ： To establish an HPLC - DAD method for simultaneous determinations of six ingredients （ ferulic acid, cinnamic acid, cinnamaldehyde, glycyrrhizic acid, costunolide, dehydrocostuslactone ）. Methods ： The determination of these was carried out with Eclipse XD8 - C18 column （250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetoni- trile （A） - 0.05% phosphoric acid solution （B） with gradient elution （0 -8 min, 12% A ;8 - 10 min, t2% →19% A ;10 -37 min,19%→50% A;37 -57 min,50%→70% A;57 -60 min,70%→12% A ） and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/ min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelengths were 225 nm for dehydroeostuslactone and costunol- ide ,237 nm for glycyrrhizie acid ,278 nm for cinnamic acid and einnamaldehyde ,316 nm for ferulic acid. Results： The six active ingredients can achieve a good separation. Within the calibration curves, the linear relationship was good （r2 ≥ 0. 0097 ） ,precision RSD≤0.71% ,24 h stability test RSD ≤ 1.8%. The average recovery was in the range of 98.2% - 102.8% ,RSD values from 1.0% to 1.7%. Conclusion： The method is simple and repeatable,which can be applied to the quality control of Wujiapi health wine.
