中药湿热敷对肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究重要湿热敷对肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血中致痛及镇痛物质TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法:将健康SD大鼠32只,雄雄各半,随机分成正常组、单纯模型组、热力熏蒸组以及中药湿热敷组。除正常组外,各组大鼠均建立取肠病术后疼痛模型,成功造模后,除正常组、模型组外,另两组切口分别给予相应的熏蒸治疗,治疗3 d后取血处理并用酵联免疫分析法测定各组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10含量的变化。结果:肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量显著升高,IL-10含量明显降低,与正常组相比(P<0.01):中药湿热敷熏洗使大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量显著降低、IL-10含量明显升高,三者恢复至正常水平,其改善肛肠病术后疼痛可能与此有关。结论:中药湿热敷熏洗能明显降低肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量、升高IL-10的含量,这可能是其调节疼痛因子,治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的作用机理之一,值得进一步深入研究。Objective ：To study the influence of Zhongyao Shire Lotion on TNF-α, IL- 6 and IL- 10 in serum of ano- rectal postoperative pain model rats. Methods：Healthy SD rats 40,20 male and 20 female, were randomly divided into nor- mal group, model group, heat fumigation group and Zhongyao Shire Lotion group. Except the normal group, the rats in other groups were used to establish anorectal postoperative pain model. After successful modeling, in addition to the normal group and model group, other groups were given proper treatment. After 3 days of treatment, serum TNF -α, IL - 6 and IL - 10 content changes were measured using enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results ： TNF -α and IL - 6 levels Of anorectal postoperative pain model rats were significantly increased and IL- 10 decreased significantly compared with those of the normal group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Zhongyao Shire Lotion made TNF- a and IL- 6 contents significantly lower and IL - 10 content increase significantly. Its function of relieving pain of anus bowel disease can also be related to this. Con- clusion：Zhongyao Shire Lotion can significantly improve anorectal postoperative rats pain, reduce the anus postoperative pain model＇ s serum TNF -α and IL -6 levels and elevate IL - 10 levels so as to relieve pain.
