摘　　要：垄断资本主义进入全球金融垄断阶段后,呈现出全球化、金融化、霸权化的特征。2008年国际金融危机是垄断资本全球化、金融化、霸权化条件下资本主义基本矛盾激化的必然结果。国际金融危机之后,垄断资本主义在上述三个方面又出现了新的变化,即跨国公司战略调整,国际直接投资短期受挫;美国启动金融改革,再工业化战略初见成效;美元回流循环出现下行,美元储备货币地位下降。今后垄断资本主义发展将会呈现三重态势:一是垄断资本全球化态势将长期存在,同时垄断资本的区域化态势逐渐强化;二是垄断资本过度金融化现象有所遏制,金融化与再工业化及经济实体化同时并存;三是美元霸权的基础开始削弱,国际货币多元化态势明显增强。The outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008 is the inevitable result of the intensification of the basic contradiction of capitalism under the development trend of monopoly capital globalization, financialization, and hegemony in the stage of global finan- cial monopoly. Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis, monopoly capitalism in three dimensions, namely globalization, financialization, and hegemony appear a series of new changes, and will show the following triple development trends： First, monopoly capital globalization trend will persist, but the trend of regionalization of monopoly capital gradually strengthem Second, the phenomenon of monopoly capital excessive financializa- tion has been curbed, financialization, re-industrialization and economic entitied coexist~ Third, the foundation of dollar hegemony begins to weaken, and the trend of the international currency diversification enhances significantly.
