摘　　要：现代医学认为视神经萎缩是一种不可逆的损害,故无特殊治疗方法,常采用补充维生素和能量合剂以营养视神经,效果不理想,为一种难治之症。中医学根据本病的病因病机,通过辨证处以对证方药,配合穴位注射等方法,在治疗视神经萎缩方面有良好的疗效。参考文献22篇。Modern medicine thinks that optic atrophy is a kind of irreversible damage,and so there is no special treatment. Vitamin supplements and energy mixture is usually utilized to protect optic nerve. The ef- fect is not ideal,and it is regarded as a kind of refractory disease. And according to the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine,the optic atrophy can be treated with good ef- fects through Chinese rnedicine and point injection.
