摘　　要：针对某涂装车间直通式烘干室生产过程中的烟气外溢现象,进行了不同形式的风幕系统的改造。对实际生产中的风幕系统进行实地分析观测和数值仿真模拟,对比了不同形式、不同流速、不同工况下风幕的气封效果,提出了风幕系统的改进和优化方案。Aiming at the flue gas spillover phenomenon of pass-type drying room during the production process in painting workshop, different transformations of air curtain system are carried on. Through the analysis and observation on-site, numerical simulation of field of the air curtain system in actual production, the air seal effects of different forms, different flow rates and different working conditions are compared, and thus the improvement and optimization plans of air curtain system are put forward.
