摘　　要：焚烧炉系统中的烟气流量测量一般采用匀速管流量计,此种流量计对上下游的直管段长度有苛刻要求,否则会导致流场畸变,引起测量精度问题。消除或最大程度地减小流场畸变的有效方法是在流量计上游安装流动调整器。参照相关标准推荐的几种流动调整器,设计了一种新型流动调整器,并在一座大型焚烧炉的实际应用中得到了检验。The uniform velocity tube flow-meter is usually used to measure the gas flow in incinerator system, which has strict request for the straight pipe length both of upstream and downstream, otherwise the flow field is distorted and the precision of the result will not be expected. The or reduce the flow distortion is installing flow conditioner in the upstream of effective method to eliminate flow-meter. Referring several flow conditioners recommended by related standard, a new type flow conditioner is designed, and it achieves anticipated effect in practical application in one large incinerator.
