高炉送风支管用硅溶胶结合莫来石-矾土基浇注料的研制

摘　　要：以莫来石为骨料,以特级矾土粉和活性α-Al2O3微粉为细粉,采用硅溶胶作为结合剂,研制出了送风支管用的硅溶胶结合莫来石-矾土基浇注料。该浇注料具有较好的干燥强度、烧后强度和体积稳定性,并且已成功应用于湘钢、衡阳钢铁、沙钢和宝钢的送风支管内衬,使用良好,使用寿命均超过了12个月。The colloidal silica bonded mullite-bauxite based castable for BF blowpipes are prepared by using mullite as agent, special grade bauxite and α-Al2O3 micropowder as matrix and colloidal silica as binder, which has good drying strength, fired strength volume stability, and is successful applied in BF blowpipes lining for Xianggang, Hengyang Iron ＆ Steel, Shasteel and Baosteel. The lifetimes are all over 12 months.
