摘 要:对发泡剂种类与掺量、发泡温度和时间、烧结温度和时间以及稳定剂掺量对泡沫玻璃质量的影响进行讨论,并得到制备粉煤灰泡沫玻璃的最佳工艺参数。对比了添加黏土与不添加黏土的粉煤灰泡沫玻璃的性质,分析了黏土对制作粉煤灰泡沫玻璃的影响。结果表明,当主要原料为37%的粉煤灰、58%的碎玻璃和5%的黏土时,添加7.5%的碳酸钠和2.5%的碳粉作为发泡剂,1.5%的磷酸钠作稳定剂,1.5%的硼酸作助熔剂,830℃下发泡60min,930℃下烧结60min,得到的泡沫玻璃质量最好。黏土有增大泡沫玻璃强度的作用。The influences of the variety and amount of foaming agent, the foam temperature and time, sintering temperature and time, and the kind and quantity of stabilizing agent on the quality of fly ash foam glass were studied when used fly ash and waste glass as main raw material to produce foam glass. The optimal technological parameters to produced fly ash foam glass were acquired. The foam glass with the best quality was obtained when foamed for 60 min at 850 ℃ and sintered for 60 min at 950 ℃ with 37% fly ash, 58% waste glass and 5% clay as the main raw materials, 7.5% Na2CO3 and 2.5% carbon powder as foaming agent, 1.5% NaaPO4 as stabilizing agent, 1.5% H3BO3 as fluxing agent. Clay could increase the strength of the foam glass.
