摘 要:本试验采用菌丝生长速率法,选用13种化学农药和7种生防制剂对葡萄白腐病和葡萄黑痘病病原菌进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明:化学药剂5%氟硅唑·20%咪鲜胺SL和25%丙环唑EC对葡萄白腐病和葡萄黑痘病病原菌的抑制作用最强,EC90值分别为0.0002μg/mL、0.02μg/mL;生防制剂1000亿个/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP、10%多抗霉素B WP、0.5%大黄素甲醚AS和88%水合霉素SP对白腐病菌和黑痘病菌的抑菌率与试验所用的大多数化学农药之间无极显著性差异。本试验筛选的生防制剂可为今后防治葡萄病害的进一步研究提供理论参考。Toxicities of 13 fungicides and 7 biocontrol agents against Coniella diplodiella and Sphaceloma ampelinum were studied by mycelium growth rate method in laboratory. The results showed that fungicides 5% flusilamid.20% prochloraz SL and 25% propiconazole EC had the best toxicity against Coniella diplodiella and Sphaceloma ampelinum, and their ECg0 values were 0.0002 μg/mL and 0.02 μg/ mL respectively. There were no significant difference between the effects of biocontrol agents 100 billion/ g Bacillus subtilis WP, 10% polyoxin B WP, 0.5% physcion AS and 88% Oxytetracycline hydrochloride SP and that of most fungicides used in the test. The test screening biocontrol agents will be able to provide theoretical references for the further research of grape diseases.
