都梁缓释贴剂基质与透皮促渗剂筛选研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选都梁缓释贴剂的基质及透皮促渗剂。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,运用药物溶出度仪和Franz扩散池,以贴剂中欧前胡素的体外释放度和经皮渗透量为评价指标,优选贴剂基质和透皮促渗剂。结果:都梁缓释贴剂基质和透皮促渗剂的最佳处方为:淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、甘油、氮酮、丙二醇和PEG400的质量百分含量分别为6%、2%、30%、1%、15%、2.5%,释药行为符合Higuchi方程,具有明显的缓释特征。结论:都梁缓释贴剂具有很好的体外缓释效果及体外透皮特性,贴剂稳定性较好,可进一步考察其体内释药行为。Objective ： To screen the matrix and permeation enhancer of Duliang Patches. Methods ： Based on L-9 （ 34 ） orthogonal ex- perimental design, the content of imperatorin of the release rate and transdermal osmolality were regarded as evaluation indexes to opti- mize the matrix and permeation enhancer of patches suing of Drug dissolution tester and Franz diffusion cell. Results ： The best prescrip- tion of sustained-release patch of Duliang was： the quality percentage content of the starch, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerin, azone, propylene glycol and PEG400 was 6% ,2% , 30%, 1% , 15 % and 2.5% respectively, The release behavior of sustained-release patches of Duliang tallied with Higuehi equation and the effect of sustained-release was apparent. Conclusion ：The sustained-release pat- ches of Duliang have good property of sustained-release and transdermal in vitro and the stability of patches is also sound while the re- lease in vivn awaits further inspection.
