摘 要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的RFS09硫转移剂在中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司Ⅰ套蜡油催化裂化装置的工业应用情况,论述了RFS09硫转移剂作用机理.工业应用表明,当加入用量占总藏量3.0%~3.5%的RFS09硫转移剂后,烟气中SO2质量浓度由空白标定的338 mg/m^3降低到61mg/m^3,脱除率达81.9%,说明加入RFS09转移助剂后较好地降低了烟气SO2.硫转移剂对催化剂和产物理化性质影响不大,产品中干气、含硫污水及柴油中的H2S含量明显增加,液态烃中的硫占原料硫的比例有所降低.The commercial application of RFS09 sulfur transfer agent developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was successfully tried in the No. 1 gas oil FCC unit of SINOPEC Luoyang Company. The reaction mechanisms of RFS09 sulfur transfer agent are described. The performance test results show that the mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas is reduced to 61 mg/m^3 from 338 mg/m^3 and sulfur transfer rate was 81.9% at a dosage of 3.0% - 3.5% of RF509 sulfur transfer agent ( based on the total mass). It demonstrates that RFS09 sulfur transfer agent performed well in reducing SO2 in flue gas. After addition of RFS09 sulfur transfer agent, it had little impact on the physical and chemical properties of catalyst and products. As the result, the H2 S in dry gas, sour water and diesel was obviously increased. The ratio of sulfur in liquid hydrocarbon to that of feedstock was decreased.
