浅谈毒损肾络与糖尿病肾病的关系

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,中医药对治疗本病有较大优势。本文重在剖析中医之"毒损肾络"与糖尿病肾病的关系,说明基本病机在肾虚毒损肾络,益肾解毒通络为基本治则,为治疗糖尿病肾病提供理论依据。The damage of kidney meridian by poison is one of the most critic pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. The treatment by traditional Chinese medicine has tremendous advantage. The core of this study is the correlation of the diabetic nephropathy and the damage of kidney meridian by poison. To illustrate the basic pathogenesis is poison damages kidney meridian collateral for weakness of kidney,and the basic treatment principle is removing poison,activating collateral and protecting kidney. And to provide the theoretical evidence for the clinical treatment of the Diabetic nephropathy.
