欣月片的急性经口毒性和遗传毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的 评价欣月片的安全性,为其开发利用提供科学依据.方法 按照GB15193~2003〈食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法〉进行大小鼠的急性经口毒性实验,Ames实验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验.结果 欣月片的急性经口LD50 〉20.0g/kg BW;三项遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性.结论欣月片对小鼠的急性经口毒性属无毒;未见遗传毒性作用.Objective To evaluate the toxicological safety of Xinyue tablet in order to provide some scientific data for its application. Methods ccording to following experiments of acute toxicity test through mouth in mice, experiments of ames, experiments of micronuclei of bone marrow cell and testicle chromosome aberration in mice. ResultsLD50 was more than 20.0g/kg BW for Xinyue tablet, three genetic toxicity test results were negative.Conclusions Xinyue tablet for acute oral toxicity in mice is nontoxic; no genetic toxicity.
