摘　　要：目的 建立黄菊消银丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件为：色谱柱：Eclipse XDB-C18;流动相：乙腈-0.05mol/l磷酸二氢钾溶液（50∶50）（每100ml中加十二烷基硫酸钠0.4g,再以磷酸调pH为4.0）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：345nm.结果 盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.09418~1.8836μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9993）,平均回收率为98.59%,RSD=0.98%（n=6）.结论 本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于黄菊消银丸的质量控制.Objective To set up a method to determination of berberine hydrochloride in Huangjuxiaoyin Pill.Method The content of berberine hydrochloride determined by HPLC.The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using acetonitrile -0.05mol/l potassium dihydrogen phosphate （50：50）（ Each 100ml plus twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.4g, and then the phosphoric acid adjust pH to 4） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 345 tincar rolatim in the range of 0.09418~1.8836μg（r=0.9993）,the average recovery was 98.59% and RSD=0.98%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is simple, sensitive and accuracy .It can be used for quality control of Huangjuxiaoyin Pill.
