欣月片改善大鼠骨密度的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观测东方药林牌欣月片对大鼠骨密度的影响。方法按体重将动物随机分为模型组,假手术组,欣月片低、中、高三个剂量组。各组大鼠实行卵巢切除术(假手术组保留双侧卵巢)后,连续注射3天青霉素。于术后第8天,各组分别喂饲含不同剂量受试物的AIN93基础饲料,模型对照组和假手术组只喂饲AIN93基础饲料,13周后,测定股骨重量、股骨长度、股骨密度、钙含量。结果欣月片对大鼠体重,股骨长度、股骨重量均无影响,中剂量欣月片能显著提高股骨钙含量,低剂量组和高剂量组能显著提高股骨远心端和股骨中点的骨密度。结论欣月片(女士健骨片)有增加大鼠骨密度功能的作用。Objective To observe the influence of Oriental medicine lin Xinyue tablet of rat bone mineral density in rats.Methods According to the weight of the animals were randomly divided into model group, sham-operation group, Xinyue tablet of high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose three dose groups. Groups of rats for ovariectomy （sham-operation group to keep bilateral ovaries）, penicillin were applied in rat for continuous 3 days. The eighth day after surgery, the feeding with different dose AIN93, model control group and the control group only feeding AIN93, 13 weeks, weight of the femur, length of femur, density of femur, calcium content were measured.Results Xinyue tablet had no effect on weight, the femur length, femur weight in rats, medium-dose of Xinyue tablet can significantly increase the femoral calcium content, low dose group and high dose group could significantly improve the femoral distant-end bone mineral density and middle femoral bone mineral density.Conclusions Xinyue tablet have increased the rat bone mineral density function.
