体育治疗在慢性精神分裂症患者康复中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨体育治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复效果.方法 将2011年3～12月某精神病医院75例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均给予抗精神病药物口服与精神科常规护理,试验组在此基础上安排3个月有针对性的体育治疗,于治疗前、后采用护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）进行疗效评定.结果 体育治疗后试验组NOSIE总分、总积极因素、社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子分均较对照组高（P＜0.001）；而总消极因素、激惹、迟缓、抑郁、精神病表现因子分均较对照组低（P＜0.001）.结论 在抗精神病药物治疗基础上给予有针对性的体育治疗,对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复效果肯定.Objective To evaluate the effect of physical therapy in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Seventy-five patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. All patients took oral antipsychotic drugs and received routine care. In addition,the patients in the experimental group received physical therapy for three months. The patients were assessed by using Nurses＇ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE） before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the patients＇ total score of NOSIE and factor scores of positive attitudes,social function,social interests and personal neatness in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.01 ）; while the factor scores of negative attitudes, fury,tardiness,depression and psychotic symptoms were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Physical therapy combined with antipsyehotic drugs has positive effect in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
