摘　　要：开放是我国的必然选择,是推进制度建设、解决经济社会突出问题、把握发展战略机遇的重要举措。党的十八大以来,我国新一轮开放的内涵逐渐明确,优化开放行为和方式、提升开放标准和水平是其重点。在路径选择上,我国需要以开放推进行政体制改革,以开放推进市场经济发展,以开放推进社会和谐发展,以开放推进重点领域发展。Opening-up policy is the inevitable choice of China. China＇ s opening-up policy is an important initiative to promote institution building and solve outstanding problems in economic and social scopes, so China can seize the new strategic development opportunities. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, implication of the new round opening-up policy of China is gradually clear. The new round openingup policy is focusing on optimizing the opening-up approaches and ways and upgrading the level and standards of opening-up. As to the path selection, China needs to promote the administrative system reform, deepen the market economy, promote the development of harmonious society, and promote the development of key areas through the opening-up policy.
