摘　　要：县域经济在河南占有举足轻重的地位,在中原经济区框架下,河南县域经济有着良好的政策机遇、有利的宏观环境和坚实的发展基础,同时也面临着要求提高、"三农"问题突出、区域竞争加剧、资源环境约束趋紧等一系列新的挑战。因而有必要进一步以全民深化改革为统领,明确县域经济发展重点和任务,采取综合措施加快县域经济发展。County economy plays a very important role in Henan Province. In the framework of Central Plain Economic Zone, the County economics of Henan get wonderful policy opportunity, suitable macro environment and consolidated development basis. However, they arc also faced with series of new challenges, such as higher demands, growing ＂san-nong＂ problems, more intense competition among areas, and more and more constraints in resources and environment. Under the new situation, it is needed to further clarify the development situation, and define the development priorities and tasks of the county economy, then adopt comprehensive measures to accelerate the development of Henan＇ s county economy.
