摘 要:采用Minitab软件中的田口设计实验方法,研究了高固含量高岭土所构成分散体系的特性,分析了分散速度、分散剂和NaOH用量对分散性能的影响,同时研究了高固含量高岭土分散体系的回黏现象。研究结果表明,分散剂用量是影响高岭土分散效果的主要因素;当固含量74%、分散剂用量0.05%、NaOH用量0.01%、转速2500 r/min、分散时间15 min时,高岭土分散体系黏度最低,分散效果最佳。In this paper,properties of disperse system with high solid content of clay were studied through a Taguchi Design of Minitab method,the influence of disperse speed,dispersant and NaOH dosage were discussed,and the time of after-take phenomenon occurred with high solid concent was researched.The results showed that the amount of dispersant is the major factor to affect dispersing efficiency.A suitable condition to prepare the clay suspension can be considered as follows:solid content of 74%,the amount of dispersant 0.05%,and the amount of NaOH 0.01%.The dispersing was conducted at a speed of 2500 rpm for 15 min,and the acquired suspension showed the lowest viscosity and the best performance.
