摘 要:为了准确测量火炮发射时膛内不同位置的压力,在现有测压器和已取得的火炮膛内单点压力的基础上,结合新概念动态测试理论,提出了基于光纤的火炮膛内多点压力同步触发测试技术。论述了同步测试技术的原理和方案,分析了这种测试技术面临和要解决的难题。该方法可全面获取膛内不同点的压力数据,从而更全面完整地反映膛内压力场的分布规律,对于身管武器的原理探索、设计、定型、验收和性能改进具有十分重要的意义。In order to accurately measure the pressure of different locations of guns while firing, combined with new concepts of dynamic measurement theory , a synchronous trigger measurement method for multi-point gun pressure based on optical fibers is proposed on the basis of existing gauges and the obtained single-point pressure data. The principle and approach of the simultaneous measurement technology are discussed and the problems to be solved are analyzed. By this way, overall pressure data of different points are got and distribution regularity of pressure field is reflected completely. It has very vital significance for principle exploration, design, setting, acceptance and performance improvement of barrel weapons
