摘　　要：目的探索与制定软膏与乳膏类医院制剂物料平衡的控制参数,提升生产全过程的质控管理水平。方法通过对4个制剂生产中关键环节的物料输出进行记录,采用Microsoft Excel进行统计与分析,制定每个品种相应环节的物料平衡限度。结果有效建立了制剂配制和分装生产环节的物料平衡参数。结论通过实践性探索,明确了进行物料平衡计算是制剂生产过程质量控制的必要措施。Objective To study and determine the control parameters of material balance in hospital prepared ointments and creams to improve the controllability of manufacturing quality in all process. Methods Through statistics and analysis with Microsoft Excel after recording the number of material output during the preparation process of four preparations, the limitation of material balance was determined at the key procedure of material output. Results The parameters of material balance were established effectively at the key procedure of the preparation. Conclusion Through the practical exploration, the calculation of material balance is identified as the necessary approach for hospital preparation quality control.
