摘　　要：目的探索科学的手术室药品管理模式。方法通过专用药箱、专用场地、专人管理及优化手术药箱使用流程,确保手术室各类药品的规范有效管理和安全使用。结果强化了手术中特殊药品的管理,提高了医师、药师的工作效率,提升了药师的价值,解决了管理缺陷。结论手术室药品管理模式的转化,设立手术室药房,可进一步保证手术室用药安全、有效。Objective To explore the scientific drug administration mode in operating rooms. Methods An operating room pharmacy administration mode was established to gradually optimize the flow of surgical drug kit and involve the pharmacist in the direct management of the drugs, the drugs were managed in dedicated kit and dedicated location by dedicated people. Results The established mode could ensure effective management and safe usage of the drugs. It strengthened the management of special drugs, improved the working efficiency of the doctor and pharmacist, promoted the value of the pharmacist and solved the problems in the management. Conclusion The transformation of medicine management mode can guarantee the safe and effective use of medicines in the operating room.
