《百症赋》的针灸学术思想探源

摘　　要：《百症赋》辨证精良,取穴精简,是一篇相对全面、系统介绍针灸治病取穴经验的歌赋。作者从黎民百疾,应针取效;微针之妙,贵少而精;辨证选穴,取配有道;究其病源,攻其穴道四个方面总结和概括了《百症赋》的针灸学术思想。Ode on A Hundred Pathoconditions, which records excellent syndrome differentiation and simple acupoint selection,is an ode that comprehensively and systematically describes the acupuncture ＆ moxibustion for disease treatment and the experience in acupoint selection. This paper summarizes the academic thinking about ac- upuncture and moxibustion in Ode on A Hundred Pathoconditions from the following aspects：acupuncture taking effect when applied to a hundred diseases in common people;fewer microneedles but better effect;rational acupoint selection and matching based on syndrome differentiation ; investigating the cause of disease and targeting the related acupoints.
