摘　　要：《医宗金鉴》是清代吴谦所著的一部综合性医学著作,书中对伤科的治疗手法、内外治疗用药等作了详细记载。本文围绕3个方面对《医宗金鉴》的伤科学术思想进行了阐释。(1)正骨手法:正骨八法(摸、接、端、提、按、摩、推、拿)是伤科临证首要,并指出手法实施的3条原则,即"心明手巧"、"视其虚实酌而用之"、"手法亦不可乱施"。(2)从血论治:要注意辨气血虚实,察所伤上下轻重深浅之异、经络气血多少之殊,分期论治。(3)辨证施治:应根据脏腑虚实、发病阶段及三焦部位等辨证用药,并注重内外兼治。Golden Mirror of Medicine is a comprehensive medical work by Wu Qian in the Qing dynasty. This book elaborates on the therapeutic manipulation in orthopedics and traumatology and medicines fi：）r internal and ex- ternal uses. This paper expounds the academic thinking about orthopedics and traumatology in Gohten Mirror of Medicine flom three aspects. （ 1 ） Bone -setting manipulation：Eight bone -setting skills （touching,luniting,hold- ing,lifling,pressing,rubbing,pushing,and kneading） are the most important in the clinical practice of orthopedics and traumatology, and three manipulation principles are pointed out, i. e. ,＂ ingenuity＂ , ＂consideration of deficiency
