摘  要:目的:研究温阳消饮法对胸腔积液模型大鼠小肠水通道蛋白4(AQP4)表达的影响。方法:采用计算机随机分组方法,将SD成年雄性大鼠分为温阳消饮组、模型对照组、空白对照组,每组12只。对除空白对照组外的其余2组动物以1%角叉菜胶胸腔注射建立大鼠胸腔积液(悬饮)模型,造模24h后拍X线片对模型进行病理评价。于造模成功后2h各组予相对应药物灌胃,每天1次,连续4d。灌胃结束后处死各组大鼠,采集小肠组织,用免疫组化法检测AQP4的表达,比较各组结果。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组表达降低(P<0.05);温阳消饮组高于模型对照组(P<0.05),与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳消饮法可上调胸腔积液模型大鼠小肠AQP4的表达。Objective : To study the effe,t of yang - warming and fluid retention - resolving therapy (YWFRRT) on the expression of aquaporin -4 (AQP4) in the small intestine among rats with pleural effusion. Methods:Aduh male Sprague -Dawley rats were digital- ly randomized into YWFRRT group ( n = 12 ), model control group ( n = 12 ), and blank control group ( n = 12 ). All rats except those in blank eontrol group received intrapleural injection of 1% carrageenan to establish a rat model of pleural effusion ( pleural fluid reten- tion). At :24 h after the model was established, model rats were subjected to pathological evaluation by radiography. At 2 h after the model was established, each group received respective treatments by garage once daily for 4 d. All rats were sacrificed after intragastric administration,and small intestine tissues were collected. The expression of AQP4 was measured by immunohistochemistry,and the re- suits were compared between groups. Resuhs:Compared with the blank control group,the model control group showed significant de- crease in AQP4 expression(P 〈 0. 05 ) ;the YWFRRT group had significantly higher AQP4 expression than the model control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no significant difference between the YWFRRT group and blank control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : YWFRRT can up - regulate AQP4 expression in the small intestine among mice with pleural eflusion.
