金融倾斜与产业结构升级关系的实证分析

摘　　要：本文以天津市为例，对1995--2010年金融倾斜与产业结构升级的关系进行实证研究，发现金融倾斜是天津产业结构升级的原因，但产业结构升级不构成金融倾斜的原因；金融倾斜的两个构成要素中，直接融资对产业结构升级的影响较为显著，间接融资对产业结构升级的影响相对不明显。By taking the empirical research on the relationship between the financial tilt and the upgrading of indus- trial structure in Tianjin from 1995 to 2010, this paper finds that the financial tilt is the cause of the upgrading of indus- trial structure, but the upgrading of industrial structure is not the obvious cause of the financial tilt. Between the two el- ements of the financial tilt, the direct financing has a notable influence on the upgrading of industrial structure, but the indirect financing doesn＇ t have a notable influence on the upgrading of industrial structure.
