摘　　要：随着网络科技快速发展以及金融市场对金融服务效率的追求,金融网络化趋势不断深入。本文分析了金融网络化的背景、现状与趋势,指出金融网络化对中小银行业的挑战,并在此基础上提出了中小银行经营转型的对策与建议。With the rapid development and the widespread application of network technology and the demand for the efficiency of financial services, the tendency of networked financial is continuously deepened. This paper analyses the background, status quo and trend of the networked finance, and challenges for small and medium-sized banks. On this basis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the business transformation for small and medi- um-sized bank.
