摘　　要：心理与理想道德都以人脑为物质基础,其有着必然的内在联系。心理健康是树立理想、养成道德的前提,理想道德是心理健康的内因和根本;环境、实践是心理健康的条件与途径。所以只有把心理健康教育与理想树立、道德养成、环境营造、实践活动融合进行才能取得更好效果。The psychological and moral ideal are based on the substance of the brain, and must have internal relations. Mental health is set up ideal, and develop moral premise; The ideal moral is the internal cause of mental health and fundamental; and environmental practices is the condition and the way of mental health. So only the psychological health education with ideal, morality, environmental construction, practice fusion can obtain better effect.
