摘 要:为增强甲醇与汽油的相溶性以满足其使用性能,以醇类为助溶剂,通过测定甲醇-直馏汽油体系以及甲醇-直馏汽油-芳烃体系下不同助溶剂种类及含量的相分离温度,探讨各助溶剂对各体系相稳定的影响规律,优选出了最佳互溶状态下复配方案。结果表明:随着甲醇含量增加,甲醇汽油的相分离温度呈先升后降的趋势;φ(芳烃)每增加2%,相分离温度可降低约3℃;当助溶剂总量较大时,醇类两两复配的助溶效果优于单醇助溶剂,且高低碳醇复配助溶效果优于低碳醇或高碳醇复配。最终得到复配助溶剂V(正辛醇)∶V(正十二醇)=1∶1,φ(助溶剂)=4%,φ(芳烃)=20%的M30(甲醇含量占甲醇汽油总量30%的甲醇汽油),其相分离温度达-29℃。To satisfy the usability of methanol-gasoline by enhancing the inter-solubility of methanol and gasoline with the addition of alcohols,effects of alcohol additives on the phase stability of Methanol-Straight-Run Gasoline Blends and the Methanol-Arene Gasoline Blends were studied through investigating phase separate temperature under different category and content of cosolvent.The best compositional formulation is obtained at last.The results show that as the methanol content increase,the phase separate temperature ascends firstly and then lessens.The phase separate temperature would drop 3 ℃ per 2% increase of Arene.The hydrotropy of two-component alcohols is better than the single,and the hydrotropy of the compound of high and low alcohols is better than single phase alcohol.The result indicated that the optimum conditions in the experiment were as follows:the best compositional formulation was the mix of n-caprylic alcohol and n-dodecyl alcohol with equal proportion blend,the dosage of cosolvent and Arene were 4% and 20% of the Methanol-Straight-Run Gasoline Blends respectively.The phase separate temperature of M30 could reach-29 ℃.
