摘  要:介绍了利用液相色谱-串联质谱快速、准确测定黄瓜中氯吡脲残留量的方法。样品用乙腈提取,Carb/NH2固相萃取小柱净化,多反应监测技术检测。方法的检出限为0.002 mg/kg,线性范围为0.001~0.100 mg/L,相关系数为0.9997;在0.01~0.20 mg/kg的添加浓度下,氟吡脲的加标回收率为95.0%~111.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.99%~4.78%。A LC-MS/MS method was developed for determination of forchlorfenuron in cucumber. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by Carb/NH2 column, and then determined using multi-reactions monitoring (MRM) technology. The results showed that the linearities of regression equations were good in the range of 0.001-0.100 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The limit of quantification was 0.002 mg/kg. The average recoveries of forchlorfenuron were 95.0%-111.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.99%-4.78%.
