摘 要:通过硫的亲汞性和氨基硫脲衍生物能被Hg2+转化为胍衍生物的机理,合成了一种新的Hg2+探针3′,6′-二乙氨基-2,7-二甲基-2-(N-氨基乙基)螺[异吲哚-1,9′-呫吨]-3-硫酮(R6G1)。考察了探针R6G1的水溶性、光谱性能及其在水相中对常见离子的选择性,测定了探针R6G1与Hg2+的络合比例和络合常数。水溶液中金属阳离子选择性测试结果表明,探针R6G1的水溶性好,能高选择性地识别Hg2+,该识别过程不受Fe3+,Cu2+,Al3+,Cr3+,Fe2+,Mn2+,Co2+,Pb2+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Cd2+,Zn2+,Ba2+等金属阳离子和F-,Cl-,Br-等阴离子的干扰。紫外滴定结果表明,探针R6G1与Hg2+按1∶1的化学计量比络合。荧光滴定测试结果表明,探针R6G1识别Hg2+的络合常数lgKa=5.92。A Hg2+ fluorescence probe,3',6'-diethylamino-2,7-dimethyl-2-(N-aminoethyl)spiro [isoindoline-1,9'-xanthene]-3-thione(R6G 1),was synthesized through the strong thionic affinity with Hg2+ and the transformation of thiourea derivatives to guanidine derivatives by the promotion of Hg2+.The water solubility,spectrum and ion selectivity of R6G1 were investigated.The complexing ratio of Hg2+ to R6G1 and the complexation constant were measured through fluorometric titration.The results showed that the probe R6G1 had high selectivity to Hg2+ and good water solubility.The recognition process of R6G1 to Hg2+ was not affected by other metal ions such as Fe3+,Cu2+,Al3+,Cr3+,Fe2+,Mn2+,Co2+,Pb2+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Cd2+,Zn2+,Ba2+,and anions such as F,Cl-,Br.Spectrophotometric titration indicated that the complex of Hg2+ and R6G1 formed with the ratio of 1 ∶ 1 and the complexation constant(lgKa) was 5.92.
