福建省非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌紧密黏附素基因分型分析

摘　　要：目的了解福建省非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌(aEPEC)分离株紧密黏附素基因(eaeA)型别的分布情况。方法根据eaeA基因3′端的不同,采用18对引物用PCR基因扩增方法,对30株aEPEC分离株的进行紧密黏附素(intimin)基因的扩增。结果分离的30株检出了6个紧密黏附素基因型别(eae-α1、β1、δ/κ/β20、η、ε1、θ/γ2),阳检率分别为eae-α13.3%(1)、eae-β1 20%(6)、eae-δ/κ/β20 36.7%(11)、eae-η13.3%(4)、eae-ε1 3.3%(1)、eae-θ/γ2 10%(3)、未分型16.7%(5)。结论福建省aEPEC分离株的紧密黏附素基因型别表现为多态性;eae-δ/κ/β20和eae-β1型别是福建省aEPEC菌株紧密黏附素基因的主要的型别;intimin基因分型在aEPEC暴发事件流行病学调查上具有一定的意义。Objective To understand the distribution of the tight adhesion genotypes （eaeA） of the atypical intestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli （aEPEC） in Fujian province. Methods According to different eaeA gene 3 ＂end, 18 primers PCR gene amplification method, separation of 30 strains aEPEC strains of closely adhesion （intimin） gene amplification. Results Of the 30 isolated strains,six tight adhesion genotype were detected （eae-α1、β1、δ/κ/β20、η、ε1、θ/γ2）,with the positive detection rate of eae-α1 3.3%（1）、eae-β1 20%（6）、eae-β1 20%（6）、eae-δ/κ/β20 36.7%（11）、eae-η13.3%（4）、eae-η13.3%（1）、eae-θ/γ2 10%（3）,and 16.7~% （5） nontyping. Conclusion The tight adhesion genotypes （eaeA） of the atypical intesti- nal pathogenic Escherichia coli （aEPEC） in Fujian province shows the polymorphism;eae-δ/κ/β20 and eae-β1 are the main genotypes. Intimin genotyping has a certain significance in aEPEC outbreak epidemiologieal investigation.
