摘  要:采用电子捕获检测器-气相色谱法(ECD-GC)测定土壤中的六六六和滴滴涕。土壤样品中的六六六和滴滴涕农药残留量分析采用有机溶剂提取,经超声辅助液-液分配及浓硫酸净化除去干扰物质后,a-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC,P.P'-DDE,O.P'-DDT,P.P'-DDD,P.P'-DDT依次出峰。该方法样品的加标回收率均在99.65%~107.98%范围内,方法线性良好,且测定快速,简单准确,适用于土壤中六六六和滴滴涕的测定。Determination BHC and DDT in soil by ECD-GC.BHC and DDT in soil were separated through the organic solvent and the substances were extracted from the samples by ultrasonic assistant liquid-liquid partition and sulphuric acid purified.The turn of appearance peak wasa-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC,P.P’-DDE,O.P’-DDT,P.P’-DDD,P.P’-DDT.The test results showed that this method satisfactory recoveries were 99.65%~107.98%,This method was higher linear,rapid and accurate.It was applicable to the test of BHC and DDT.
