摘　　要：目的探讨泛红试验联合负压穿刺在老年肥胖患者外周静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法选择500例门诊静脉输液治疗的老年肥胖患者,采用随机数字表法随机分成两组各250例,采用传统握拳法行手背静脉穿刺为常规法组,采用泛红试验联合负压穿刺为联合法组。比较两种方法静脉穿刺一次成功率、血管清晰情况、穿刺后回血情况。结果两种方法一次穿刺成功率、穿刺时血管清晰度、穿刺后回血情况比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论泛红试验联合负压穿刺法可以有效地提高老年肥胖患者血管充盈度,加快回血速度,提高穿刺成功率。Objective To explore the effect of combination use of Allen＇s test and negative pressure puncture in peripheral venous puncture for elderly obese patients. Methods Totally, 500 elderly obese patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 250 cases in each group. The control group were asked to tighten a fist before nurses made a peripheral venous puncture. In the experimental group, Allen% test was run, and then negative pressure puncture was proceeded by the nurses. The rates of successful venipuncture at the first attempt, visibility of blood vessels before a puncture, and blood return right after the puncture, between the 2 groups were compared. Results The rates of successful venipuncture at the first attempt, visibility of blood vessels before a puncture, and blood return right after the puncture, between the 2 groups had significant difference （P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Combination use of Allen＇s test and negative pressure puncture for elderly obese patients helps engorge the blood vessels, speed up blood returns, and boost successful peripheral venous puncture.
