Observation on therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture in treating 864 cases of toothache

摘　　要：Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture in trea ng toothache. Methods Acupuncture was carried out at Nǚxī（女膝 EX）,Tàichōng（太冲 LR 3）,Nèi ng（内庭 ST 44）,Tàixī（太溪 KI 3）,Hégǔ（合谷 LI 4）,Yángxī（阳溪 LI 5） and other acupoints for the 864 patients with toothache,and the treatment was given once a day. Results Six hundred and eighty-two pa ents were healed,which accounted for 78.9%,180 pa ents were improved,which accounted for 20.8%,two patients were invalid,which accounted for 0.3%. Conclusion The clinical therapeu c effi cacy of acupuncture in trea ng toothache is sa sfactory.目的:观察针刺治疗牙痛的临床疗效。方法:共治疗864例患者,针刺女膝、太冲、内庭、太溪、合谷、阳溪等穴位,每日1次。根据症状改善情况,决定是否停止治疗。结果:痊愈682例,占78.9%,好转180例,占20.8%,无效2例,占0.3%。结论:针刺治疗牙痛临床疗效好。
