艾灸三阴交穴对产后宫缩痛患者疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸三阴交穴治疗产后宫缩痛的临床疗效。方法选择单胎平产后常规静脉滴注催产素5min后线性视觉模拟标尺评分法(VAS)首次评分≥4分的产妇200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各100例,对照组予常规抗炎、促宫缩治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上配以三阴交穴艾灸,两组产妇治疗前后分别进行VAS评分,并观察不良反应。结果治疗组艾灸5min、10min、15min与艾灸前比较,VAS评分均显著下降(P<0.01);艾灸10min与艾灸5min,艾灸15min与艾灸10min及艾灸5min分别进行比较,VAS评分均显著下降(P<0.01)。对照组在静脉滴注催产素25min与静脉滴注催产素5min比较,VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组艾灸后各时间点与对照组同时间比较,VAS评分显著下降(P<0.01)。结论艾灸三阴交穴治疗产后宫缩痛疗效确切,能明显减轻疼痛。Objective uterine contractions pain To study the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on Point Sanyinjiao （SP6） for postpartum Methods The postpartum women with single birth were given intravenous infusion of ox- ytocin for 5 minutes after natural childbirth, and 200 women whose first visual analog scale （VAS） score greater than or equal to 4 were chosen and randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 100 in each. The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory treatment and oxytocin. The treatment group was added with moxibustion on Point Sanyinjiao. The VAS scores were recorded before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were observed. Results The VAS scores were significantly decreased in the treatment group after 5 min, 10 min and 15 min of moxibustion （P 〈0. 01 ）. The VAS scores were significantly decreased after 10 rain of moxibustion as compared with after 5 rain of moxibustion, and the VAS scores were significantly decreased after 15 min of moxibustion as compared with after 5 rain and 10 min of moxibustion （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The VAS scores were significantly decreased in the control group after intravenous infusion of oxytocin for 25 minutes as compared with for 5 min （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Moxibustion on Point Sanyinjiao is effective for postpartum uterine contractions pain and it can obviously relieve pain.
