微创前内侧双开窗入路治疗肘关节恐怖三联征后神经生长因子的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨神经生长因子（NGF）在肘关节恐怖三联征患者经微创前内侧双开窗人路治疗后的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELASA）法检测60例肘关节恐怖三联征患者血清中NGF的表达水平，评估NGF表达与患者术后愈合时间、功能恢复及并发症的关系。结果NGF高表达患者术后骨折愈合时间[（10．1±3．1）周]明显短于低表达患者[（21．2±9．6）周，P〈0．05]。同时，高表达NGF患者功能恢复情况明显优于低表达患者（P〈0．05）。此外，高表达NGF患者术后并发症的发生率约为2．3％，明显低于低表达患者（23．5％），两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论神经因子的表达与微创内侧双开窗人路治疗的肘关节恐怖三联征患者的预后明显相关，其高表达可有效缩短患者愈合的时间，促进功能恢复及降低并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the expression of nerve growth factor （NGF） in patients with terrible triad of the elbow after treatment with minimally invasive double window surgery and ire correlation with prognosis. Methods The expression of serum NGF in 60 patients with terrible triad of the elbow was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELASA） , and its relationship with function recov ery, healing time and complications was analyzed. Results Healing time in patients with high NGF ex pression was significantly shorter than that in those with low NGF expression （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The function re- covery in patients with high NGF expression was better than that in those with low NGF expression （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Additionally, the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with high NGF expression was 2. 3 % , significantly lower than that in those with low NGF expression （23.5 % , P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion NGF expression is associated with the prognosis of patients with terrible triad of the elbow after treatment with minimally invasive double window surgery and its high expression can effectively shorten the healing time, promote the functional recovery, and reduce complications.
