摘 要:目的建立茵陈四苓颗粒(赤芍、栀子、茵陈、大黄等)的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对茵陈四苓颗粒中茵陈和大黄进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定茵陈四苓颗粒中芍药苷、栀子苷、大黄素和大黄酚的量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离效果较好、且阴性无干扰。芍药苷在0.458-3.66μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.75%,RSD为1.13%;栀子苷在0.65~5.2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.27%,RSD为1.08%;大黄素在0.0015-0.015I,xg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.04%,RSD为0.68%;大黄酚在0.0028~0.028μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.83%,RSD为1.38%。结论该方法准确可靠、专属性强、重复性好,可以作为控制茵陈四苓颗粒质量的有效方法。AIM To establish the quality standard for Yinchen Siling deniae Fructus, Artemisiae scopariae Herba, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, etc. ) Granules (Paeoniae Radix rubra, Gar- METHODS TLC method was used to identify Artemisiae scopariae Herba, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma in the granules ; HPLC method was used to quantita tively analyze their concentrations of peoniflorin, geniposide, emodin and chrysophanol in the granules. RE SULTS The TLC spots were clear without interference of the negative control. The linear range of peoniflorin was 0. 458 -3.66 μg (r =0. 999 8), with the average recovery of 97.75% and RSD 1.13%. The linear range ofge- niposide was 0. 65 - 5.2 μg (r = 0. 999 8), with the average recovery of 98.27% and RSD 1.08%. The linear range of emodin was 0. 001 5 -0. 015 p,g (r =0. 999 9) , with the average recovery of 98.04% and RSD 0. 68% . The linear range of chrysophanol was 0. 002 8 - 0. 028 μg ( r = 0. 999 8 ), with the average recovery of 98.83% and RSD 1.38%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Yinchen Siling Granules.
