摘  要:为探明外源Ca2+对药用植物栝楼抗寒性的变化,以耐寒性较弱的安庆栝楼和耐寒性较强的三门峡栝楼为对比试验材料,采用营养液栽培法,研究了外源Ca2+对药用植物栝楼抗寒机制的影响。结果表明:栝楼在低温胁迫下喷施不同浓度的外源Ca2+后,Pro含量和POD活性均随Ca2+浓度的增大呈先上升再逐渐下降趋势,PPO活性均随Ca2+浓度的增大呈先下降后逐渐上升的趋势,Ca2+浓度为5mmol/L时,两个栝楼品种Pro含量、POD活性与对照组相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中Pro含量分别比对照组提高71.3%和33.0%,POD活性分别比对照组高244.2%和253.0%;以相同浓度(5mmol/L)的外源Ca2+诱导喷施不同时间后,对低温胁迫下的栝楼具有不同的低温缓解效应,其中在诱导喷施时长为3d时具有较为显著的低温缓解效应。Anqing T.kirilowii with weak cold resistance and Sanmenxia T.kirilowii with strong cold resistance were cultured by hydroponics to study the effect of exogenous Ca2+ on cold resistance of T.kirilowii.The PRO content and POD activity of two T.kirilowii varieties sprayed exogenous Ca2+with different concentration under low temperature stress presented a first rising and then declining trend with increase of exogenous Ca2+ concentration.The PPO activity presented a first declining and then rising trend with increase of exogenous Ca2+ concentration.When exogenous Ca2+ concentration was 5 mmol/L, the Pro content and POD activity of two T.kirilowii varieties were 71.3% and 33.0%,and 244.2% and 253.0%,both higher than CK separately.Spraying 5 mmol/L exogenous Ca2+ had different low temperature ameliorating effect of T.kirilowii under low temperature stress,and spraying 5 mmol/L exogenous Ca2+ for 3 d was of the significant low temperature ameliorating effect.
