摘　　要：通过对枢纽信息发布系统一系列分析,选取了典型指标组建评价系统,并对不同指标模型进行了改进。在此基础上,运用模糊隶属度的方法,构建了枢纽信息发布系统服务水平综合评判模型,探讨了枢纽信息发布系统服务水平等级的定量计算方法。该模型在评价枢纽信息发布系统服务水平的实际应用中得到了比较合理、客观的评价结果。Using the concept of series of evaluation for hub information release system, representative index are chosen to establish an appraisal system, after the evaluation index model is built and improved.Fuzzy membership method is used to establish the evaluation model of transit hub information release system service level,and to investigate its service level computing rations method. The method is applied for the hub information release system service level evaluation, and some reasonable and objective evaluation results are obtained.
