摘 要:以磺酸功能化离子液体杂多酸盐作为醛(酮)与乙二醇的缩合反应的催化剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(Fr-IR)、核磁共振仪(NMR)、电喷雾质谱仅(ESI-MS)等对样品进行表征.考察缩合反应中不同催化剂的用量、反应底物的适用性和催化剂复用性能.结果表明:磺酸功能化离子液体杂多酸盐类催化剂的熔点为100~ 200℃,属于离子型固体化合物,只溶于强极性体系.催化剂在弱极性反应体系有相分离现象,并表现出优异的催化性能,催化剂回收操作简单,回收率高,复用性能稳定.Acetalization of aldehydes (ketones) with glycol was studied over a family of propane sulfonate (PS) functionalized ionic liquid (IL) heteropolyacid (HPA) salts catalysts.The catalysts were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR) and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS).The catalytic acetalization behaviors were evaluated by the comparison of various control catalysts,the influences of reaction substrate and catalytic reusability.Results demonstrated that these organic HPA salts were nonconventional IL compounds in the solid state at room temperature (m.p.100-200 ℃),they were only dissolved in strong polar media.The catalysts acted as "phase separation catalysts" in weak polar reaction media and showed high catalytic activity,as well as convenient operation for catalyst recovery,higher catalyst recovery rate and stable reusability.
