661例结核性脑膜炎眼部临床症状分析

摘　　要：目的 通过分析661例结核性脑膜炎的眼部症状表现,总结眼部症状对结核性脑膜炎的临床意义.方法 回顾性分析广州市胸科医院2008年8月～2013年8月期间661例住院的结核性脑膜炎患者眼部症状的临床特点.结果 结核性脑膜炎引起患者视神经病变、眼肌麻痹、瞳孔对光反射异常、暴露性角膜炎、脉络膜结核结节的眼部症状,其中视神经病变与颅内压升高是相关的.结论 进行眼科检查对结核性脑膜炎的诊断与治疗具有重要的临床指导意义.Objective Through analyzing the eye symptoms representation of 661 cases of tuberculosis meningitis to summarize the eye symptoms of this disease. Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical characters of eye symptoms in 661 cases of patients with tuberculosis meningitis in Guangzbou Chest Hospital from Aug. 2008 to Aug, 2013. Results Tubercular meningitis will result in optic neuropathy, ophthalmoplegia, abnormal papillary light reflex, exposure keratitis and Tuberculosis of choroid. Optic neuropathy has the relationship with increased intracranial pressure. Conclusion Ophthalmologic examinations play an important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tubercular meningitis.
