摘　　要：商业银行理财产品已经成为我国居民投资理财的重要选择,而其背后蕴藏的风险问题却往往被人们所忽视。本文以甘肃省酒泉市为例,调查分析了商业银行理财产品市场快速发展背后的潜在风险,并对推动我国银行理财产品市场健康发展给出了建议。The wealth investment products of commercial banks have become an important choice for Chinese residents to invest and financing, but the risks behind it are often ignored by the people. Setting Jiuquan city in Gansu province as an example, the paper makes the investigation and analysis on the potential risks behind the rapid development of the wealth investment product market, and makes the suggestions on promoting the healthy development of the wealth investment product market of China＇ s commercial banks.
