摘 要:以3年生青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)苗木为试材,采用叶面喷施法研究不同质量浓度的多效唑(PP333)对青钱柳生理特性的影响。结果表明:适当质量浓度的PP333处理能有效促进苗木地茎相对生长量,提高叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及药用次生代谢物三萜、山奈酚和槲皮素的质量分数,刺激超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的升高,但对苗高生长起抑制作用。PP333质量浓度为400 mg/L时对地茎相对生长量、可溶性蛋白和槲皮素促进作用最佳,与对照相比,分别增加了180.49%、48.14%和100.00%,均达显著水平。PP333为600 mg/L时对可溶性糖、三萜、山奈酚质量分数以及SOD、POD、PAL活性刺激作用最强,分别比对照增加了32.22%、46.02%、22.88%、46.66%、53.68%和67.51%,差异显著。以上结果说明,适当质量浓度的多效唑处理可调节青钱柳苗木代谢特性,提高苗木抗逆性,刺激药用成分的合成。The effects of paclobutrazol ( PP333 ) on the physiological characteristics in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves of 3-year-old seedlings were investigated by spraying different contents of PP333- The stems relative growth yield, content of soluble pro- tein, soluble sugar as well as the drug secondary metabolites including triterpenoid, kaempferol and quercetin in leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus are effectively improved by adding a suitable concentration of PP333, the activity of superoxide dis- mutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) increase at the high levels, while the seeding relative growth yield are delayed. 400 mg/L treatment is the best to promote the stems relative growth yield, content of sol- uble protein and quercetin. Compared with those of the control, the above indexes increase by 180.49%, 48.14% and 100.0%, respectively. 600 mg/L treatment can improve the content of soluble sugar, triterpenoid and kaempferol as well as the activity of SOD, POD and PAL with a maximum stimulation. Compared with those of the control, the above indexes increase by 32.22%, 46.02% , 22.88% , 46.66% , 53.68% and 67.51%. The suitable content of PP333 can regulate the metabolic characteristic of Cyclocarya paliurus, increase seedling resistance and stimulate the medicinal components synthesis.
